Enjoy Waterdrop RO filtered, electrolyzed alkaline water. The boat is equipped with a shower and an in-boat toilet, with full access to full marina facilities including showers.
Travel Ready
Communal clothing dryer, steamer, mini iron, extra toiletries and an HP printer are available on board. Storage is available for leaving items for long term use.

Important Disclosures
Owner Access: The owner visits the boat approximately 1-2 days per month for maintenance and storage access. Dates are communicated in advance.
Maintenance: As a boat, occasional maintenance is required. We strive to schedule this during owner visits to minimize disruption.
Community Rules: We maintain a quiet, respectful environment in alignment with marina regulations. You will be added as a partner on Slip Agreement.
Partnership Agreement: As a partner on the boat, your dues will go towards general maintenance, restocking of supplies, insurance, and slip dues. Boat owner will cover large ticket upgrades to the vessel.
Owner Discretion: If partner violates marina or vessel agreements, the owner reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately or not renew.
